Diet what?
Jun. 1st, 2009 02:39 pmJust been into Asda and noticed down the soft drinks aisle that in the Pepsi bit, all they had was Pepsi Max. No regular, or even diet! And it wasn't that they'd sold out of those two and only had max left- the entire shelves were full of Pepsi Max, even where the regular and diet would normally be. I can't help but think that this is their way of trying to push their "healthier" stuff on us. While it is true that regular coke is full of calories, and it would be healthier to drink diet, you have to remember not everyone wants to do that. Not least because the diet versions of drinks (including Pepsi Max and Coke Zero which are supposed to taste the same) don't taste anything like the regular ones- in fact, they're totally vile! While I do understand that there is an obesity crisis, and people do need to be healthier, please don't try and force the stuff on everyone!
