Just make it go away now!

Right now I'm just sick of feeling so ill, and this just won't go away. I'm just spending all day and night coughing- being up all night every night and hardly getting any sleep (and feeling dreadful when I do wake up). And this is the worst sore throat I have ever had- it's really painful, it's making my voice hoarse and it's just not going away. Usually when I have a sore throat it just goes away after a couple of days, but I've had this one for a week, and it's not showing any signs of going anywhere. Paracetamol and extra strength Strepsils are making it just about tolerable, but even they don't get rid of the difficulty I have swallowing (though it does get rid of the pain) or the fact I've hardly felt like eating at all the last week. Please, just go away :-(
